Refund policy

Billie Boutique does not make any refunds, an exchange can be made online or in store, or a credit note can be issued to you. The credit note can be used in several times and has no expiry date. If an inventory error does not allow us to ship your purchases, in this case a refund will be made to the initial means of payment. Note that all discounted or promotional items, as well as swimwear and underwear are final sale (no exchanges or our online or in-store credit).
